The FLTF provided its recommendation to the BOE at the November 29, 2011 Board of Education Meeting. It included a Mature Model State and a First Stage State for implementation in Fall 2012. The FLTF recognizes that programs cannot be dropped in at the snap of one's fingers and that there are many items currently being considered at the district level. As a result, the task force included a recommended First Stage Model to assist with the transition and the eventual movement to the End State recommendation.
